Who We Are
Sacheen Ramchandani
Founder, Crest Horology
Sacheen Ramchandani has been in the watch industry for over 20 years, following in his father’s footsteps. While working as Marketing Manager for luxury brands in Singapore & India he realized that the watch market in India was ready to boom, had scope for growth, and needed extensive groundwork to make any brand accepted other than a handful of famous names.
His passion has always been to launch new brands. He was actually the first to take the dive into the world of independent brands in India. When he started giving shape to his vision, he launched ICONS OF TIME (a luxury edition of the watch exhibition – the first of its kind in India), through which he introduced various brands like Hautlence, De Bethune, Manufacture Royale, H. Moser & Cie, Voutilainen, Vianney Halter, Celsius, Franc Vila, Louis Moinet, Champs Elysees, DeLaneau, Breva & Slyde to name a few. Many of these brands have now become big names and have started retailing in India. He also was the first one to bring Urwerk to India.
He understands independent brands at the micro level and also at the luxury level.
Guillaume Tetu
Partner
Guillaume Tetu is a watch Industry expert with a 25 years successful background.
Trained as an industrial designer & developer, he started his career as product manager and 3D designer. An entrepreneur at heart, he then co-founded the HAUTLENCE brand in 2004, as well as several service and subcontracting companies since.
Today, a confirmed executive with an extensive and overall knowledge of the watch industry & business from product to consumer, and a wealth of experience in the LVMH, Richemont and more recently, Ralph Lauren Corp. groups, Mr. Tetu supports entrepreneurs and creators in developing their projects and creating value within their company or brand.
